Refund policy

Due to the perishable and custom-made nature of our fruit and floral gift boxes, we do not offer returns. Orders may be canceled or modified up to 24 hours before scheduled delivery or pickup. After this time, we are unable to accept cancellations or issue refunds, as preparation and sourcing begin immediately upon confirmation. 

 

This policy is in accordance with U.S. and North Carolina consumer protection laws regarding the sale of perishable goods.
